Digital component library
A governed source for models, drawings, material data, manufacturing records, inspection requirements and revision history.
ADVANCED MANUFACTURING
The Elemenos Advanced Manufacturing Program is the strategic framework for additive manufacturing, proprietary component development, serviceability improvement and traceable engineering across the Elemenos platform.
COMPONENT DEVELOPMENT
EAMP creates a structured route for identifying components where a proprietary design can deliver a demonstrable engineering or lifecycle benefit. A part is not changed merely because it can be 3D printed; the improvement must be technically justified.
ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING
Selected polymer or metal components may follow an additive manufacturing route only when the material, process, inspection and application are qualified.
A governed source for models, drawings, material data, manufacturing records, inspection requirements and revision history.
Geometry may be optimised for weight, material, function and manufacturability when lifecycle value can be demonstrated.
Component development can support simpler maintenance, controlled replacement and strategic spare-part supply.
ADVANCED MANUFACTURING CELL
EAMP includes the Advanced Manufacturing Cell development track: a future physical environment for component development, prototyping, additive manufacturing, inspection and controlled small-batch production.
Its purpose is to shorten the path from engineering idea to verified component while preserving control of design, quality and intellectual property.
PLATFORM-WIDE PROGRAMME
EAMP is not tied to a particular reactor, module or product. It can support development across the Elemenos architecture wherever a documented need and verifiable improvement exist.
DEFINED BOUNDARIES
EAMP does not mean that every Elemenos component will be 3D printed or that traditional manufacturing is replaced.
EAMP
The programme connects component innovation with the engineering discipline required for industrial use.
