Modules · Adapt Reactors
Four reactor configurations. One Adapt platform.
Adapt 20C, 20X, 40S and 40P are the four compact reactor configurations inside the Elemenos module architecture. Select the configuration from capacity, process duty and representative feed evidence—not from a separate product menu.
Adapt Reactors
20C · 20X · 40S · 40P
Reactor count and nominal interface class follow the controlled platform basis. Final duty, materials, topology, utilities and throughput are verified for the selected feed and Chemistry Kit.
| Configuration | Reactor basis | Throughput basis | Train and nominal interface | Electrical demand | Role in the architecture | Evidence state |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Adapt 20C | 1 × AE630-class | 2 t/d batch · owner screening reference* | Single reactor · DN40 nominal interface | Project electrical basis required | Reference configuration | Controlled reference basis · project verification required |
| Adapt 20X | 2 × AE630-class | 5–7 t/d owner screening reference* | One series / cascade train · DN65 nominal interface | Project electrical basis required | Higher-throughput compact train | Controlled reference basis · project verification required |
| Adapt 40S | 6 × AE630-class | 15 t/d owner screening reference* | Continuous configuration · DN80 nominal interface · project topology required | Project electrical basis required | Continuous industrial configuration | Controlled reference basis · project verification required |
| Adapt 40P | 8 × AE630-class | 25 t/d owner screening reference* · 30 t/d design target | Two 4+4 trains · DN100 nominal interface | Project electrical basis required | Parallel industrial configuration | Controlled reference basis · project verification required |
Position in the flowsheet
The reactor sits inside a complete process line.
A reactor configuration cannot replace feed acceptance, utility preparation, separation, product recovery or receiver verification.
Controlled comparison
What changes between the four configurations.
The model changes the installed reactor count and interface class. The Chemistry Kit and project engineering define the actual process duty inside the applicable envelopes.
| Technical field | Required controlled basis before project use |
|---|---|
| Kit envelope | Released chemistry route, pH, temperature, viscosity, solids, chloride and materials compatibility |
| Throughput and performance | Kinetics, solids loading, residence time, separation duty and signed mass-and-energy balance |
| Mechanical interfaces | Released connection schedule, pressure and temperature basis and general arrangement |
| Electrical demand | Project load list covering connected and operating load, inrush, power factor, harmonics and selected utilities |
| Transport and installation | Certified dimensions and mass, lifting plan, transport study and receiving-site interfaces |
