Elemenos Adapt
Process infrastructure that adapts.
Elemenos develops modular process infrastructure for critical minerals, tailings, industrial residues and water. A controlled physical platform is configured around the material, the qualified process route and the required product or water receiver.
The platform idea
Separate the hardware from the chemistry.
Conventional plants are commonly designed around one flowsheet. Elemenos uses controlled interfaces, process modules and governed operating windows so the system can be configured for a qualified case without treating every project as an undefined machine.
“Infrastructure is the platform. Chemistry is the application.”
The objective is a stable, repeatable environment in which a validated process behaves consistently. Configuration still requires representative testwork, engineering and a named receiver.
Two deployment scales
The same Adapt logic. Different physical scale.
Compact Adapt models use transportable 20-ft and 40-ft configurations. Adapt Plant applies the same functional philosophy with larger, skid-mounted equipment and site-engineered integration.
| Attribute | Standard Adapt | Adapt Plant |
|---|---|---|
| Product identity | 20C · 20X · 40S · 40P compact configurations | Separate site-scale product line |
| Physical form | Transportable 20-ft / 40-ft architecture | Larger vessels and packaged process skids |
| Scaling | Select model or add verified compact trains | Add capacity-matched Plant trains |
| Process philosophy | Qualified feed, kit-governed reaction and explicit boundaries | The same core process and governance philosophy |
| Layout | Model and project configuration | Project-specific zoning, civil works, access and containment |
| Status language | Public reference basis | Project data required for sizing |
A process line assembled from modules
One controlled sequence. Clear evidence at every boundary.
If a required state, route or measurement is not verified, the process does not continue.
Product families
Five product families, one engineering language.
Compact Adapt, Adapt Plant and the three independent water products can interface only where source, handoff and receiver are explicitly accepted. They are not one universal treatment train.
| Product | Feed domain | Core function | Primary output | Adapt dependency | Runtime | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Compact Adapt | Qualified mineral / process feed | Configurable reaction and supporting process functions | Project-defined product / intermediate + managed outputs | Core line | Mandatory | Reference configurations · case qualification required |
| Adapt Plant | Qualified mineral / process feed | Reaction, separation, buffering and recovery | Product / intermediate + managed outputs | Core line | Mandatory | Feed-specific engineering required |
| PWCM | Produced water | Gas, solids and hydrocarbon conditioning | Conditioned water pending receiver verification | No | Mandatory | Controlled development basis · case qualification required |
| DLEM | Accepted lithium-bearing water | Selective lithium capture and transfer | Lithium-rich solution + separately routed raffinate | No | Mandatory | Controlled development basis · case qualification required |
| WPRM | Accepted aqueous feed | Case-selected polishing, conditioning and protected release | Candidate product water pending receiver acceptance | No | Mandatory | Controlled development basis · case qualification required |
